Main Features

The fan adopts a horizontal installation, with horizontal air inlet and outlet, and an external motor structure.

The fan impeller adopts a three element twisted wing type cast aluminum impeller, which is statically adjustable and can rotate in both directions. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, large air volume, low noise, and corrosion resistance.

The impellers have undergone heat treatment and X-ray inspection, ensuring safety and quality.

The fan used in special envoy occasions is equipped with anti wheezing devices, which can effectively prevent wheezing caused by fan stall.

Fans of size 14 and above can be equipped with streamlined aluminum deflectors and curved plate wing shaped rear guide vanes, which effectively improve the direction of airflow and enhance the operational efficiency of the fan.

The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, pulleys, etc. It is lubricated with grease and the oil filling device is led out to the outer wall of the air duct.

The standard configuration of the fan includes soft connections at the inlet and outlet, shock absorbers, and motor rain covers.
