Main Features

Specially designed for the working conditions of the paper industry; The unit can be installed between two columns in the paper workshop to reduce equipment footprint and improve conveying efficiency; The unit adopts direct air supply method, saving the cost and space of pipeline transportation.

※ The supporting fan can be selected from high-efficiency axial flow fan or high-efficiency centrifugal fan, with large air volume and small volume.

The box frame adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy mortise and tenon structure design, making the box sturdy, stable, and easy to maintain.

The enclosure board of the box is designed as an insulation type and ensures the minimum gap between it and the frame to prevent air leakage.

※ The hot air unit can be equipped with hot water and steam heat exchangers depending on the type of hot coal provided, and can also be equipped with related pipeline valve groups and other accessories.

The unit design can be configured with functional sections such as filtering section, silencing section, and regulating air valve according to different working conditions to meet the needs of different working conditions.

The unit is designed with outdoor fresh air intake and equipped with stainless steel rain covers, as well as safety nets.

The unit can be equipped with a PLC control system according to user needs.
